My work spans incubation and new-venture spin-ups, 0→1 launches, and 1→n scaling, including NPI readiness through launch playbooks, enablement, communications, and support models that drive sustained adoption.
I partner closely with platform and enterprise stakeholders on journey-to-capability alignment, defining capability maps and platform roadmaps, and operationalizing delivery through clear product operating models, portfolio governance, and lifecycle execution.
